Father Christmas

I've got such a good man on my team...or rather, I'm on his.

My husband stayed up until 1 am last night sewing a Christmas gift for Scarlett.

He's turning one of his dress shirts into a dress for our sweet little girl.

He sewed button holes, added bias tape, created a tiny pocket, pretty much without any help from me.  I'm so thankful to have such an awesome, thoughtful, and capable man in my life!

If my kids turn out to be just like my husband...I'll be very happy.

  5. Now, THAT is impressive. He's a better seamster than I am a seamstress!

  6. Oh, that is amazing and what a beautiful gift. There is nothing that shows love more than something we make with our own hands.

  8. So sweet! I remember when my husband helped me cross stitch the 10 stockings I "thought" I could do... I had no clue he was so crafty!

  10. How sweet! I love the special relationship that daddies have with their little girls. Fathers and sons have something special too, but nothing makes me cry (happy tears, of course) like daddy-daughter sweetness.
